FarmVille  have added in a new Winter Water Wheel for your Winter Wonderland Farms! You are going to need some new materials to get this one up and running. You will need Snow Axles, Snow Chains and Snow Gears in order to build it. Once built, it can be harvested for watering cans just like the previous Water Wheel.
